Maximum 10 total people present zero exceptions. Including: the photographer, assistants, models, clients, infants, children, stylists, HMUA, and parents. If 11+ people are present, the card on file will be charged event rates.
Photographers are required to greet and escort guests into the building. Guests are never permitted to access the building without the photographer with them.
Reservations start and end on time. No early access into the building or late departure are permitted. The reservation accounts for set-up, pack-up, and client greeting time. $10 is charged for every 5 minutes extending into the next hour.
Reservation is forfeited if client is 15+ minutes late past reservation start time. Full amount is owed. Late access denied.
Reservations may be rescheduled (once) until 72 hours from the start time for $25.
Reservations may be canceled until 48 hours from the start time, forfeiting deposit.
At 24 hours to the start time, the entire reservation balance is owed & will be charged.
An additional fee is charged at owner discretion for spills, food, glitter, stains, other items left behind, or broken items at new cost. All furniture & gear is required to be returned clean and in the original place. Fee is final once assessed.
