SUITE 226 POLICIES

PAYMENT: All deposits are final and never refunded including if the client cancels. At 48 hours to start time, the entire reservation balance is owed & will be charged if the client has not canceled or rescheduled.

RESCHEDULE: Rescheduling is only available 48+ hours in advance. There is a $25 fee for rescheduling. All rescheduled must move to a M-TH at the original price.

HEADCOUNT: Maximum 10 people into the building for the entire reservation NOT ‘at a time’. If 11+ people are present overall, the card on file will be charged event rates. Contact to book for 11+ guests.

BUILDING ACCESS: The person renting SUITE 226 is required to greet and escort all guests to the studio. Guests are not permitted to access the building alone for the security of neighboring tenants.

ENTRY ACCESS: Reservations start on time, no early access into the building is permitted. Reservation is forfeited if photographer is 15+ minutes late past reservation start time. Full amount is owed. Late access denied.

KEYS: Take the set of gold keys with you if you leave the second floor at any time (located in the wooden dish by the door). $25 service fee if a staff member has to unlock the door after initial access. $100 is charged if you take the keys home with you.

LATE DEPARTURE: Reservations end on time. $10 is charged for every 5 minutes extending into the next hour.

DAMAGE: All furniture & gear is required to be left in the original spot, clean. NO TAPE ON WALLS. A fee is charged at owner discretion for spills, food, glitter, stains, items left behind, or broken items at new cost. Fee is final once assessed.

STUDIO DOOR: Studio door is required to be closed upon leaving. $50 is charged for leaving the door open (security breach). DO NOT lock the door handle.

LIGHTS & THERMOSTAT: All studio lights must be turned off before living the studio. If the thermostat (heat or AC) was used during rental, this must also be turned off. $20 is charged for leaving lights or air on.

FURNITURE: No more than 3 people on the couch at a time (one person on arm chair), no sitting on the arm rests, and no standing on the couch. $20 is charged if rule is not followed. A fee is charged at owner discretion if furniture is damaged.

MUSIC VIDEOS: No music videos are allowed in the studio and no outside speakers are allowed inside the building. If music is played from an outside speaker it will result in immediate removal from the building.

SMOKING: No smoking of any kind allowed in the studio or anywhere in the building. $200 is charged if not followed.
